MAIL: Money Order for the total . Mailing address here. Items are shipped after payment is cleared.

EMAIL: We can send an electronic invoice generated thru Paypal to your email address. The items you are purchasing & the total charges are shown. Instructions are provided on how to pay securely with a credit card or PayPal account. (no need to have a PayPal account.)
RETURNS
If you need to return an item for any reason, you may do so for an exchange, credit, or refund. Your choice. You are responsible for shipping charges back to us. Only the cost of the item can be refunded...original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return an item, simply contact us by phone at 920-242-0511 OR email us at sales@motocyco.biz and let us know you will be sending the item back to us, along with a reason for your return, & what you would like: REFUND, EXCHANGE, or CREDIT

REFUNDS
When we receive the returned item, we will promptly refund the original charges for the item. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We highly recommend that you insure all return shipments for what your cost was.
SORRY, WE CANNOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
EXCHANGES/CREDIT
We will happily exchange items when the originals are returned in un-used condition. Or we can offer you a credit to be applied to a different purchase.

SHIPPING
SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL USA
Most items are shipped via US Priority Mail and include Delivery Confirmation & Insurance on the full value of shipping + item. Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 Business days to arrive from the shipping date.
Customers who provide an email address will always receive an email upon the shipping of the purchased items. Message will include any shipping label information as well as instructions on how to check on the shipment.
If you require EXPEDITED SHIPPING, please let us know. We can arrange to ship your item by a faster method. Any additional charges for special shipping will be added to the total of your order. You must let us know of special shipping requirements at the time of your order.
INTERNATIONAL & outside of continental USA
Shipping prices tabulated in the online shopping cart are for continental US shipments only. There will be additional shipping charges outside of this area. You will need to contact us to arrange for international shipping. We ship items
over-seas frequently.
Paying for your international order is a simple process that can be achieved thru email. Email us to place your order...we will tabulate the total including your international shipping & send you this quote.
Upon your acceptance, you will receive via email an electronic invoice for the amount. You follow the link in the email & are taken to a SECURE Pay Pal Checkout where you can provide your credit card information & process the payment. NEVER PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IN AN EMAIL. You will receive email updates on the progress of your order.
